I believe yoga is a path to freedom — freedom from tension, stress, and old patterns. My teaching is accessible, therapeutic, healing, and rooted in compassion. My offerings are designed to meet you where you are, so you can move with ease, feel better in your body and calmer in your mind, in order to live with more clarity and peace.

Probably not the yoga you're picturing and that's exactly the point. A gentle, trauma-informed flow where every cue is an invitation and props are always there to support you.

Move slowly, feel deeply, and rest when you need to.

Yin and restorative practice for the part of you that's tired of holding it all together. Long, held shapes supported by props, softened by breath & designed to quiet the noise and release what movement alone can't reach.

You may arrive carrying a lot. You'll leave feeling lighter, like there's room to breathe again.

Fridays

Embodied Morning

9:30 - 10:30

A gentle flow made for Fridays. Slow, feelingly, and never rushed guided by breath and sensation to help you arrive fully in your body and shake off the week.

You'll leave with more ease, more space, and open eyes.

All classes are held inside Armstrong Irish Dance, 33 E Gerrard St, Winchester, VA. It's a shared space with good bones. quiet, warm, and full of props. Bring your mat if you have one, or borrow what you need.

Accessible to all levels, all bodies, all beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. If you're breathing, you belong here.
