Yoga isn't about touching your toes. It's about connecting with your body and moving in a way that feels supportive.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but don't worry if you don't. We have mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and other props available for you to use.

If it's your first visit, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you have time to get settled and ask any questions.
